By accessing and using TraderJoy POS system ("Service"), a product of SILVER HOUSE TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES LIMITED, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
TraderJoy is a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and business management ecosystem. Our services include:
- Cloud-based POS for retail and service businesses
- AI Analyst for automated business insights and recommendations
- Offline-first capabilities via Progressive Web App (PWA) technology
- Advanced Inventory Management with stock tracking
- Multi-user and multi-store management
- Financial reporting, sales tracking, and analytics
3. AI Analyst & Automated Insights
The TraderJoy AI Analyst feature provides business insights based on your data. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
- Insights are generated by artificial intelligence and should be used as a reference only
- We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated predictions or recommendations
- You are solely responsible for final business decisions made based on these insights
- TraderJoy is not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on AI suggestions
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must promptly update your account information if it changes
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Offline Mode & Data Sync
TraderJoy functions offline using local storage technologies. When using the application offline:
- Data created offline is stored locally on your device
- Synchronization occurs automatically when an internet connection is restored
- You are responsible for ensuring your device connects to the internet regularly to prevent data loss
- Clearing browser cache or local storage while offline may result in permanent loss of unsynced data
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To manipulate AI inputs or outputs in a way that violates our safety guidelines
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
7. Payment, Subscription & Refunds
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan.
- Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- We offer a Freemium model with limited features; upgrade is required for advanced tools like AI Analyst
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; no refunds for partial months of service
- Service may be suspended for non-payment
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TraderJoy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TraderJoy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated insights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
